Carbon kevlar hinges

The hinge is constructed of rigid wings and a flex unit.

The rigid wings are woven carbon fibre in an epoxy matrix or a glass fibre carbon hybrid.


The carbon wings are available in multiple sizes.


The 1.6mm hinge is designed for bond assembly. All hinges thickness can be either bonded, fixed with screws, or both.
